Digital Product Policy

All products sold on PC Buddy are digital software licenses delivered electronically via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.

Since digital licenses cannot be physically returned, refunds and exchanges are handled under specific conditions mentioned below.


License Not Working

If the license key you receive does not activate or work properly:

  1. Our support team will first verify the issue.
  2. If confirmed, we will replace the license with a new working key.
  3. If the replacement key also fails to work, you may request a refund within 3 days of purchase.

Important: Refund requests made after 3 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.


Situations Where Refunds Are Not Possible

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Software Compatibility

Please make sure the software is compatible with your device before purchasing. PC Buddy sells license keys only, while the software itself is provided by the respective software publisher (such as Microsoft).

License Already Delivered

Once a license key has been sent via email or WhatsApp, the order becomes non-refundable unless the key is verified as non-functional.

Downloaded Digital Products

Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been downloaded or activated.

Office 365 / Microsoft Accounts

Only the preferred username or email ID can be set for Office accounts. Custom domain modifications or changes are not included.

Device Compatibility Issues

If your computer or device does not meet the minimum system requirements, refunds cannot be issued.

Antivirus Warnings

All products sold on PC Buddy are verified and virus-free.
If your antivirus blocks the installer, you may temporarily disable it during installation and enable it again afterward.


Situations Where Refunds Are Possible

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• The license key is confirmed non-functional after replacement attempts.
• A duplicate order was placed accidentally by the customer.
• The issue is verified and approved by our support team.

All refund requests are reviewed individually before approval.


Exchange Policy

If a license key is confirmed defective or not activating, we will provide a replacement key after verification by our support team.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and the license key has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

• Technical problems or errors on your personal device
• Issues caused by incorrect installation or setup
• Compatibility problems with unsupported operating systems
• Refund claims based on unsupported features of the software
